Terms & Conditions – Stargazing Sessions A 50% deposit is required to secure any booking for local clients. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. For international clients, full payment is to be made on the day of the event. Once the booking is confirmed, coordination will be handled via email or WhatsApp to finalize the venue and monitor weather conditions. All stargazing sessions (excluding exhibitions) are weather-dependent and remain beyond our control. In the event that weather conditions at the agreed location are not suitable for observation, clients will be offered either a rescheduling option or a full refund. Private stargazing sessions are typically conducted at public observation spots such as beaches in Albion, Flic en Flac, La Prairie, and Anse la Raie. Sessions can also be arranged at a client-provided location, provided the site offers minimal light pollution and a clear, unobstructed view of the sky. Looking forward to meet you under the stars
