About the event
In collaboration with Moka City, the Full Moon Stargazing Event held on 8th September 2025 was a memorable evening dedicated to bringing people closer to the night sky. Organised by Astro Mauritius, the event transformed an ordinary night into a shared astronomical experience, where members of the public gathered under the glow of the full moon to observe and learn together. Through the use of professional telescopes and guided explanations, participants were able to explore lunar details, celestial objects, and key astronomical insights in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
