Create a unique night under the stars with our fully customizable stargazing sessions. The basic package includes guided sky observation, professional telescopes, and interactive astronomy insights, with optional additions such as a sound & light system, face painting, DIY astronomy workshops, live sky projection, and space-themed activities, subject to sky conditions and the availability of a suitable venue. Perfect for private or public events, whether you are hosting a limited number of invited guests or welcoming walk-in visitors, this experience combines science, discovery, and entertainment for all ages. Terms & Conditions
- Booking & Payment: A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client. The remaining balance is payable on or before the event, unless otherwise agreed. - Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable. In case of unsuitable weather, Astro Mauritius may offer a rescheduling date or refund, subject to discussion. - Weather: Outdoor astronomical activities are weather-dependent. Astro Mauritius reserves the right to modify, postpone or adapt the programme when weather conditions make observation unsafe or impractical. - Venue: Client-provided venues must offer suitable access, safety conditions and, for stargazing, a reasonably dark and unobstructed sky. The client is responsible for obtaining venue permissions and coordinating access. - Crowd Management & Safety: Crowd management, guest supervision and general event security remain the responsibility of the client/organiser. Astro Mauritius is responsible for its astronomy equipment and the delivery of the agreed programme. - Equipment: Participants must follow all instructions regarding the safe use and handling of telescopes and other equipment. Any damage caused through improper handling may be charged to the client. - Programme: Astro Mauritius may adjust activities according to weather, venue limitations, participant numbers or other circumstances beyond its control. - Coordination: Final event details and logistics will be coordinated through email or WhatsApp prior to the event.
